These are the RULES we all must follow here. (Note that the TOS is subject to change at any time, with or without advance notice.):

1.) BE CIVIL.
In other words, follow the Golden Rule: "Do onto others as you would have them do onto you..

No personal attacks. No cyberstalking, defamation, threats to persons and/or property and other techniques/crimes/behavior that are intended to humiliate, drive away, or frighten anyone, including a user or users here at Credit Repair Combat, the intent and/or effect of which is to silence them.

This rule includes behavior on other discussion boards that represent, or can be construed to be, personal attacks against Credit Repair Combat members--or anyone else--here or elsewhere.

1a) It is the prerogative of Administration/staff to apply and enforce discipline as it sees fit for violations of the Terms of Service.

These actions can include--with or without warning-- demotion in user status, revoking of permissions, warnings, post moderations, bans, or any other actions that are deemed appropriate.

We will NOT discuss anything dealing with discipline (sanctions, board policies, or otherwise) on the boards. All decisions made by Administration will be final.

2.) NO OBSCENITIES.

Obscenities are not allowed. For guidance, it is best to not use "the words you (used to) not be able to use on the radio" at all. Credit Repair Combat reserves the right to edit posts to comply with this restriction.

3.) NO SOLICITORS!

If you are here to sell something, move on! We don't want any!

No matter who is doing the selling...

4.) We believe in, and follow, the "Fair Use Doctrine".

If anyone is concerned that a post exceeds "fair use" in what it quotes from their own (or their organization or business') copyrighted material, contact us IN WRITING (how-to information below).

5.) We reserve the right to edit or remove any post or thread, if it should be necessary.

6.) Credit Repair Combat allows one account per person unless you have express, written permission from Administration to add a user account.

We reserve the right to remove any or all alternate user names at any time and without warning and without recourse.

If you wish to change the user name, PM the request to the Administrators, and we will accommodate you, if practical.

7.) We reserve the right to archive, in perpetuity, any and all materials posted or entered here.

By posting here, you grant us that right.

All posts to Credit Repair Combat becomes the property of Credit Repair Combat for purposes of Copyright.

You, as a user, grant a perpetual, nonexclusive right of use to Credit Repair Combat and the ownership of Credit Repair Combat when you post anything here. No part of Credit Repair Combat may be republished, copied or reproduced in any way for profit without the consent of the owner(s) of Credit Repair Combat. To seek such permission, email webmaster (AT) credit-repair-combat.com and place "Credit Repair Combat Copyright--Permission to Republish" in the subject line.

PRIVACY NOTICE:

We at "Credit Repair Combat" respect your privacy. Everything is kept private EXCEPT as required to investigate an abuse or security complaint or as required by a formal investigation by a legal authority.

Users should be aware that PMs are non-public (as opposed to "private") communications and that Credit Repair Combat administrators can, and may, access such communications if required as part of any investigation being conducted.
